The 15th annual Oxford Football Golf Outing took place at Lapeer Golf Club on Saturday 08.09.25, which raised over $10,000 for the Oxford Football program. Thank you to the 92 golfers participated, and the multiple volunteers. Also, a huge thank you to this year’s trophy sponsor: Swiss Insurance Group.

This is a bittersweet situation. We are so thankful and grateful to have you as our head coach for the last five seasons. We also want to thank you for joining us every year and keeping up the tradition and playing in the Oxford alumni football golf outing. You contribute every year to the outing and the football program and we are so thankful for that. We wish you best in Denver and we look forward to meeting the new head coach of Oxford varsity football.

On behalf of the Oxford community, the Oxford Athletic Department would like to thank Coach Zach Line for his 5 years as the head coach of Oxford Football. Coach Line was voted a 2-time OAA Red Coach of the Year, Regional Coach of the Year, and led the program to its first ever OAA Red league title. More importantly, Coach Line made an impact on many athletes of all ages within the Oxford Football program and always made it a point to help mold great young men. Thank you, Coach Line, and we wish you luck on your next journey with the Denver Broncos.

Spring is right around the corner and that means so is golf. If you haven’t already signed up for the Annual football golf outing now is the time to do it.

We are being back the cheerleaders for the noise hole this year. So if you are a current/alumni cheerleader and want to heckle the golfers contact Coach Schwarb. (810-931-9623)

Also we are always looking for volunteers to come help. If you don’t play golf but would like to join in on the fun. Please contact Coach Schwarb.
