Oxford Cub Scout Pack 213

Oxford Cub Scout Pack 213 Cub Scout Pack 213 meets every Thursday at Oxford Presbyterian Church at 7pm. Pack 213 offers a year-round program for boys and girls grades K-5.

A Program for Boys in Grades K-5

Cub Scouts is a year-round program designed for boys in grades Kindergarten to fifth. The program offers fun and challenging activities that promote character development, citizenship training and physical fitness. Boys can join at any part of the year. While we encourage boys to begin the program at the beginning of year, they can become a Cub Scout at any time d

uring their elementary school years. Boys are grouped by grade levels and are organized in teams (we call them dens)

Our program offers group and at home activities. Cub Scout Dens meet the first 3 Thursdays of the month. At pack meetings, boys participate in fun games and educational activities. Leaders and parents recognize boys for their recent achievements. The pack runs under the direction of a Cubmaster, den leaders, and a parent committee.

Thank you for answering the many questions our Scouts had, for sharing in their genuine interest and intrigue, and in doing so showing our Scouts your commitment to the wellbeing of our community. Fishing + Fun
Yesterday was a beautiful day to spend fishing, hiking, and cooking burgers and hot dogs as a Pack! Our Scouts might not have caught any fish, but they had a ton of fun trying. Thanks to Brandie + parents for leading our Scouts on a hike! And thank you to Cubmaster Jeff + Den Leader Jared for cooking up a delicious meal! It was a few hours of sunshine and so much fun on a Saturday! ๐ŸŽฃ๐Ÿฅพ๐Ÿ”

Pack 213 Pinewood Derby in February! It was a great time for our Scouts! They built creative and fast cars and walked away with trophies and medallions to show for it! Together with Boy Scouts of Troop 13 Oxford PA, our Scouts had a great Scout Sunday in February at Oxford Presbyterian Church. They served as door greeters, they helped seat congregants and pass out bulletins, and they presented the Scout Oath and Law. You did great, Pack 213!

A huge THANK YOU to Union Fire Company No. 1 ~ Oxford, PA for giving our Scouts an incredibly well-done tour of the Firehouse last night! There is no doubt our Scouts went home and shared all of the many interesting things they learned, and maybe a few were even inspired to become firefighters and EMTs when they grow up! We thank you for all you do to help the residents of our town and beyond, and for taking time in the midst of that courageous work to pour into our Scouts! ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿš’๐Ÿงฏ๐Ÿš’
