Wellness Retreat Vendor Highlight: Birch & Lily
Amy Hansen is the founder of Birch & Lily, and her message is simple yet powerful:
Heal. Grow. Bloom.
Birch & Lily was created from Amy’s own personal transformation, her love for nature, meaningful connection, and her passion for helping women grow into the fullest version of themselves. Amy creates safe and encouraging spaces where women can reconnect with who they are, recognize their strengths, build confidence, and take meaningful action toward positive change in their lives, relationships, and careers.
As a Certified Growth Leader and Empowerment Coach, Amy is currently developing new workshops, experiences, and CEU-approved courses focused on leadership, communication, mindset, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and personal/professional growth. She hopes to begin bringing these new experiences to the community in the fall/winter.
Amy brings a joyful, uplifting energy everywhere she goes and truly loves meeting new people, hearing their stories, and creating genuine connection. Amy will also be offering a grounding interactive “Plant Your Intention” activity, where guests can plant seeds and reflect on what they are ready to grow in their lives this season.
