As many of you know, Millstone Ministry MI has had a very busy season. Between community education, outreach, victim advocacy, and ongoing work in Lansing supporting legislation aimed at helping survivors, it has been a full and rewarding year.

For the summer, Millstone Ministry will be taking a sabbatical. This time will allow us to rest, regroup, refresh, and prepare for the next season of ministry. Sometimes the most important work happens behind the scenes, and we are using this time to evaluate, reorganize, and strengthen our foundation so we can serve even better moving forward.

That doesn't mean we're sitting idle.

Angela is currently working through the release of her newest book, *Trashbags and Chaos*, while also celebrating the completion of a new devotional project. Amy continues leading street outreach efforts and serving our community, and if you're looking for Jessica this summer, you'll likely find her scooping ice cream and serving smiles at the family's ice cream shop.

Behind the scenes, we continue to be heavily involved in Lansing, working with legislators and stakeholders on bills and initiatives designed to better protect and support survivors across Michigan.

Although we are on sabbatical, we are already booking seminars, trainings, and speaking engagements beginning in September—and our calendar is filling quickly. If your church, school, organization, or community group would like to schedule a presentation, please contact Amy at:

We are also looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist the ministry with filing, organization, and administrative details. This position requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and available on a regular basis. As our work continues to grow, so does the need for strong support behind the scenes.

I am so thankful for the way you are led by the Lord, the way you keep showing up, and the way you overcome every obstacle placed in front of you with strength and faith.

What you are doing with street outreach is nothing short of admirable. You love people well, serve with your whole heart, and make a difference in places most people are afraid to step into.

🚨 Millstone Ministry is working on something BIG… 🚨

We are stepping into the next level of prevention and education.

Soon, we will be launching a Digital Dilemma Program—designed with intention and urgency:

➡️ A parent-focused training to equip and educate
➡️ A separate, age-appropriate program for kids to help them navigate today’s digital world safely

This will be offered in addition to our Human Trafficking program already impacting communities across Michigan.

Because here’s what we are seeing on the frontlines…
Social media. Sextortion. Po*******hy. Human trafficking.
They are not separate issues—they are deeply connected.

And the truth is…
Our kids are navigating a digital world most adults were never prepared for.
That has to change.

Christine… HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! 🎉💛

Okay, we have to say it… this woman doesn’t just show up early—she shows up WAYYYY early 😂 Like “Angela is still trying to get it together” early… and yes, it drives her just a little nuts 🤣

BUT here’s the truth behind that…

You show up early because you care deeply. Because you’re committed. Because you want things done right and you’re always ready to jump in wherever you’re needed.

As our board secretary and our right-hand at events, you fill gaps before anyone even sees them. You are reliable, willing to grow, and you serve with such a genuine, humble heart.

And let’s not forget—you even recognize when hot tea is needed to keep the program going ☕️💛 (that alone deserves an award!)

So yes… the timing might make us laugh 😅
…but we wouldn’t trade you for anything.

This weekend, our hearts are full.

A huge thank you to Sherry and Jim Stevens, Aglow International and the incredible family at Central Assembly of God in Muskegon. You welcomed us with open arms, served with joy, and created a space where truth, awareness, and community could come together. What a powerful group of Godly people—your hospitality and support did not go unnoticed.

We are also so grateful for the opportunity to connect and look forward to future partnership with Aglow International. There is so much more ahead, and we are expectant for what God will continue to do.

A special thank you to Leyna for joining us Friday night for The Ring of Silence and helping lead such a meaningful and impactful Q&A. Your voice matters, and it made a difference.

This weekend was a beautiful way to close out our programs until September.

As we step into this next season, Millstone Ministry will be on sabbatical. Angela will be preparing to welcome her newest granddaughter in April and celebrating Oliver’s upcoming graduation, while Amy will continue faithfully leading our street outreach efforts.

Angela does have one final speaking engagement before sabbatical with Liberty Leaders on April 18th at 6:00 PM.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, leaned in, and stood with us in this fight. With that being said we are already booked for September and October 2026, if you're interested in bringing Millstone to your Church please let us know and get in the books. We are revamping things and will be bringing a totally new program.
