Millstone Ministries confronts the issue of sex trafficking in our community. In 2021, Millstone Ministries founders, Angela Dudley, Jessica Dietzel, and Amy Robinson, discovered the horrifying truth that local children were being bought and sold for sex right here in our own communities - that's right, American children! What began as the grassroots initiative of women from across Michigan to be
a voice for the voiceless, has quickly transformed into a thriving Ministry that works closely with law enforcement, legislators, and influential leaders to not only shed light on the staggering human trafficking statistics, but we are working together to change those statistics by changing lives! Millstone Ministries also provides advocacy work for Victims of Human trafficking and exploitation. We are on the front lines assisting victims and helping them become survivors. This sometimes includes rehabilitation, medical, court advocacy, and relocation services. In general, we strive to meet victims where they are and use our best efforts to help make survivors. Millstone Ministries brings human trafficking Awareness and Education to the community and organizations through our motivational speakers and training education. Our Prevention Program equips parents, youth, and those who work with them, with the tools they need to avoid being manipulated by a trafficker and successfully prevents them from being commercially sold. We are active in the jail system and on the street and provide support, case management, and referral services to victims currently in "the life". We bring light into the darkness of sex trafficking, we see victims transformed into survivors! Statement of faith: We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God; ONE GOD…eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit… OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST…God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial work, and His Personal return in power and glory… THE SALVATION OF LOST AND SINFUL MAN…through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith apart from works, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit… THE HOLY SPIRIT…by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ… THE UNITY OF THE SPIRIT…of all true believers, the Church, the Body of Christ.
