Daviess County Community Early Childhood Council Daviess County’s Community Early Childhood Council (CECC) addresses the needs and strengths of the Daviess County Community as it relates to early childhood.

The CECC is a vehicle for bringing together many community members to support early childhood. Daviess County's CECC promotes learning together within families through encouraging the use of the Imagination Library, distributing transition and school success materials to parents to increase awareness and knowledge, providing mini-grants to promote parent involvement with various programs and the use of surveys to measure outcomes, maintain and increase Kentucky All Stars center awareness.
