If you know a potential COSMIC (Children Of Single Mothers (or Fathers) Inspiring Change) Scholarship candidate send them to www.cosmicscholars.org for more information and to apply for the annual COSMIC Scholarship to be awarded to an Owensboro/Daviess County area high school senior planning to attend college this fall. The 2013 COSMIC Scholar(s) will be announced on Mother's Day.
