It’s baaaack! The second annual Walter Estes umpire clinic. My dad would be so proud of us for keeping his legacy going. Officials have a bond that is second to none and these guys and gals are giving back to a profession that has blessed us all. Come join us, even if you don’t want to umpire come see what it takes, it may change your perspective of officials as a whole, they don’t just show up and work a game, it’s a lifetime of learning and training.

Just need to brag on these Umpires who are working so hard and learning like a champ. I may be biased but they are doing a great job. A product of our Walter Estes Umpire Clinic and trained by the best in the area. Thanks guys, without you all we have no season. Walter Estes Umpire Clinic 2023 is a wrap. 24 Participants 8 Leaders and a surprise visit via FaceTime from MLB Umpire Larry Vanover. The first but definitely not the last. I’m so proud of my fellow umpires and what they did today to bring in new blood. Part of being an official is giving back, this is our attempt at giving back. Thank you all, dad is smiling for sure.
