The Big Cove Pool Association is ready for a GREAT 2026 Pool Season!
Our pool season runs from May 1st – September 30th with an annual membership fee. The 2026 BCPA Membership fee is $375 per household for Clearwater and Southhampton residents and $425 for neighboring subdivisions that do not have their own community pool. Membership fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration.
Copy of the 2026 BCPA Rules and Policies will be available at signups and emailed with an additional news blast shortly for your use.
Upgrades this season are a pool resurface that is scheduled in April as well as Internet that will be available for membership use. And if you signup and pay by April 1st, you will have a $25 credit that can be applied to a clubhouse rental during the 2026 pool season.
We will host in person signups on the following dates at the BCPA Clubhouse on Trick Lane:
- Saturday, March 28th, 9 am - noon
- Sunday, March 29th, 2-4 pm
- Thursday, April 2nd, 6-8 pm
- Saturday, April 11th, 9 am - noon
- Sunday, April 12th, 2-4 pm

***Those that do not come to in person signups will have to contact the BCPA Board to sign their waiver and have their key activated***
New members will be charged a one-time key fee of $20 unless they have a key from past membership years. If you have lost your key from the previous pool season you will also incur the $20 fee.
Please, keep in mind that any Clearwater and Southampton residents that are not already pool members cannot be considered a “guest” of a paid member. Any exceptions must be approved in advance by a BCPA Board Member.
Each paid household is allowed to have 5 guests per pool visit. Out of respect for all members, any number greater than that requires a Clubhouse Rental deposit of $100/day. If you are caught sharing your key with another family, your key will be deactivated, and you will lose your membership.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY SOUTHAMPTON PLACE AND CLEARWATER RESIDENTS THAT JOIN THE BCPA WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE BCPA POOL AND CLUBHOUSE AND HAVE VOTING RIGHTS FOR THE BCPA.
OUTSIDE MEMBERSHIPS WILL NOT HAVE VOTING RIGHTS.
