Sadly we have to close our sign-up with the great repsonse to the Adopt a Child, as we have reached our maxium entries for our program at this time. If you are a family in need please reach our to our sponsor to see if they have openinging at the Boys & Girls Club.
If your are able to adaopt a child for this Program, stay tuned for where to pick up your childs information.

It's time for the Adopt-A-Child Program sign-up's! We are so blessed to be apart of the Boys and Girls program again for this year! Spots are limited so please print and complete the 2026 application and get that back to us asap. First come basis. You can either message your form to us on our Joshua's House FB page OR email to [email protected].
On another note: if you are able to sponsor a child or even a family, tree's will be going up in the coming months at many local Owego/Tioga business's with the child's wish list. If you can't get to a tree, message me and I can grab a childs list for you!

We are thrilled to once again be hosting the Tioga County Adopt-a-Child Christmas Program for 2026!
This is a multi-agency, fully volunteer-run, cross-county effort...and we are so grateful to the many business and organization sponsors and participants that have already committed to partner with us this year!

A Southern Tier church is opening its doors for a free conference on human trafficking, grooming, and exploitation. The lineup includes an FBI Task Force representative, the Broome County DA's office, and a survivor sharing their own story. Organizers say the goal is simple, help this community recognize what exploitation actually looks like before it's too late.
