***ITS ANNOUNCMENT TIME***Good evening everyone we are EXCITED to start announcing our 2026 DANCING UNITED WITH THE STARZ for the 9th Annual Fundraiser...... OUR 1st Pairing this year is Erinn Carpenter & Geraldo Iglesias.... Hi, my name is Erinn Carpenter.
A little about me — first and foremost, I’m a single mom of twin 17-year-old boys… and let me tell you, that alone is a full-time job in itself. My boys are my greatest accomplishment, and I’ve dedicated my life to raising, investing in, and building a strong future for them.
Professionally, I’m a clinical mental health therapist specializing in trauma and crisis. For the last 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to walking alongside and helping people through many different facets of life and some of their most difficult moments.
Currently, Im also a doctorate student working toward becoming a Doctor of Psychology specializing in community counseling and traumatology.
Now outside of being a mom, therapist, and student — I do have a life too. I love lifting weights, boxing, traveling, being outdoors, and if I’m not around here, I’m probably somewhere near a beach soaking up the sun. I also enjoy target shooting and exercising my right as a licensed concealed carry holder.
And somewhere in the middle of all the chaos and responsibilities, I decided self-care mattered too. One of the ways I found that was through salsa dancing — something that challenged me, pushed me outside my comfort zone, and unexpectedly led me here
being personally invited to participate in Dancing with the Stars is truly an honor that I gratefully and excitedly accepted. I’m looking forward to meeting so many wonderful people in our community, making unforgettable memories, and hopefully putting on a spectacular show for all of you.
