We’ve rescheduled our evaluation sessions! Here are the details:

🗓️ **Sunday, April 12th**
⏰ **10:00 AM - 2:00 PM** (Rain date backup: McKinley)

**Schedule:**

- **10U**: 10:00 - 11:30 AM
- **10U Pitchers & Catchers**: 11:30 - 12:00 PM
- **12U**: 12:00 - 1:30 PM
- **12U Pitchers & Catchers**: 1:30 - 2:00 PM

Location: Manthey (with weather backup at McKinley)

**🚨 Important Update: Indoor Tryouts Postponed 🚨**

This might be a first for us — while we've had to cancel outdoor tryouts before, canceling indoor tryouts is new! Due to the weather forecast, the school district will be closing buildings this Sunday, so we need to reschedule.

Our coaching staff has been busy with high school tryouts, and we appreciate your understanding. **Please note: there will be no tryouts this Sunday.**

📣 **Evaluation Night & Registration Details!** ⚾️

Join us on **Sunday, March 15th at McKinley School** for our Evaluation Night and registration event!

**Evaluation Schedule:**
- **10U:** 4:00 - 5:30 pm (Pitchers & Catchers stay 5:30 - 6:00 pm)
- **12U:** 6:00 - 7:30 pm (Pitchers & Catchers stay 7:30 - 8:00 pm)

**Additional activities (4:00 - 6:30 pm):**
- Pay registration, deposit, and fundraising fee
- Try on uniforms to confirm sizes

**Registration Fees:**
- 10U: **$200**
- 12U: **$325**
- Workers deposit: **$200** (check required, not cashed if 6 hours of DIBS work are completed)
- Pancake breakfast tickets: **$105**

*Payments can be made via Venmo (no cash accepted).*

**Special note for 14U and 16U players:**
Stop by McKinley Elementary between **4:00 - 6:30 pm** to try on jerseys, pay **$90**, pick up Domino's fundraiser packets (provide a **$300** check, not cashed until April 1st), and catch up on registration if needed.

HFC is currently looking for additional U10 and U12 players to join our teams! We need about 3-4 more players in the U10 group and possibly 5 in the U12 group to form a second team.

We know some are waiting until registration night or tryouts, but that might be too late. To give our young athletes the best chance to play and enjoy this fast-paced, growing sport, please consider signing up now!
