She wanted to create a company that not only provided gift bags or "Hospital Survival Kits" to the kids, but also to the teens! That's what Kiley Kares is all about. This is a way that you can individually help and you will know exactly what you are giving to these kids and teens and their caregivers. All gifts are tax deductible. Just send us a private message here with the date of your purchase and your address and we'll send you a tax donation letter. Keep your Amazon receipt to verify the amount of your purchase. If you want to give anonymously, but still receive a tax letter you can do that too. Just send a note to our PO Box 473, Owasso, OK 74055 requesting a tax receipt, along with the date of purchase, your address, and one thing that you purchased on Amazon. We can leave the name blank for you to fill in. While we can verify your purchase on Amazon, we are not able to see who the gifts come from unless you choose to let us know.
