Meet Chasity! While learning about the world of foster care and adoption, she became inspired by the opportunity to mentor older children who need stability, encouragement, and guidance. Chasity deeply desires to offer support and consistency for a child in need, and we look forward to seeing little lives changed by her nurturing spirit!

Our third annual FFL Benefit Golf Tournament was our best yet! As a non-profit, these events enable us to keep providing training and support to foster families at the level of excellence we desire.

This year’s fundraiser for Legacy Family Network was truly special as we celebrated a decade of this incredible organization walking alongside foster and adoptive families! ✨

Many of those in our Family for Life family spent the evening laughing together, ringing cowbells, and enjoying this beautiful community. Several of our people even became part of the show! Dustin Tavella had us all shaking our heads in wonder and feeling blessed by his powerful reminders of truth.

What a joy it has been to watch Legacy Family Network form and grow over the years. We could not ask for a better partner in this work and look forward to the next 10 years!

Meet the Walker family! Jessica always knew she would foster someday, and we are excited to see her step into this calling. She naturally fills the “mom” role for children in her life who need it, showing up and being a safe person so the children around her feel valued. We look forward to seeing how this family blesses others on their journey!

Welcome back the Riner family! We’ve watched this household grow from two to six over the last seven years, celebrating adoptions and welcoming new babies. When contacted about two more little ones who needed them, Justin and Aubrey prayerfully agreed to step back into foster care. The Riners feel like family, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting them on this journey.

If there’s one crucial thing we’ve learned in this foster care world, it’s that trauma. needs. tools.

Over the years, our team developed and honed this training that focuses first on what TRAUMA is and what it causes in our brains and behaviors, then on what NEEDS all children have and that underly all behaviors, and finally what TOOLS we can utilize to navigate the trauma and meet the needs.

We recently held our largest Trauma Needs Tools training event where foster families, adoptive families, and staff members gathered to soak in new information and grow together.

We believe that when we know better, we do better.

Welcome back the Bryson family! Will and Harley heard about a little one needing a home and immediately chose to reopen their foster home to fill that need. They added an adorable new member to their household since fostering with us previously, and we love seeing the entire family’s enthusiasm to welcome in a child who needs care.
