🌟 Owasso VFW Post 7180 – 40th Anniversary Monthly Spotlight 🌟

We are proud to spotlight Dennis Cooper, a Life Member and Charter Member of Owasso VFW Post 7180.

Dennis has been a familiar and dependable presence at our Post, always willing to lend a helping hand. He has volunteered in the kitchen, helped hang flags along 86th Street, assisted with placing flags at local cemeteries, and pitched in with setup and cleanup for our Post breakfast fundraisers.

Dennis describes Owasso VFW Post 7180 in one word:

ACTIVE! 🇺🇸

And that is certainly a fitting description! Our Post continues to grow through the dedication of members like Dennis, who have been there from the beginning and continue to serve their fellow veterans and our community.

Owasso VFW Post 7180 will be kicking off this year’s Wreath Across America program on September 4th, 2026 with a fundraiser spaghetti dinner.
We will be serving dinner from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Owasso Community Center, 301 S. Cedar St in Owasso. Cost $8 for adults, $3 ages 6-12, five and under eat free.
The community is encouraged to come help us Remember the fallen, Honor those who serve and their families. Also to Teach the future generations about the sacrifices made to preserve our freedoms.
