Rotary Club of Oviedo The Rotary Club of Oviedo #6980 is membership service club. at Lutheran Haven (1400 Haven Dr, 32765) in Oviedo. Our motto is, "Service above self."

Our Club is a part of Rotary International and meets weekly for breakfast Wednesday mornings from 7:15 - 8:30 a.m. Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders that provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards in all vocations, and helps build goodwill and peace in the world. Approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 32,000 clubs in more

than 200 countries and geographical areas. The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:

FIRST. The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;

SECOND. High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society;

THIRD. The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business, and community life;

FOURTH. The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.

Another great Rotary day kicked off with the anthem, pledge, prayer, happy dollars, singing happy birthday (plus other songs), and much more! 🎶 (Tasty breakfast too! 🥓)

Jim Greer and Mike Bryan were recignized for additional Paul Harris Fellow milestones. 💎

We plan to assist the Optimist Club with their monthly Sunshine Dance for those in our community with special needs on Friday, April 17th. Stay tuned for details. 🪩

Roxanne talked about the Rotary Cruise coming in 2027 too! 🚢

Pancake Breakfast is coming fast (3/21) so please help spread the word far and wide. Sell tickets! Proceeds to benefit our local scholarship efforts. 🥞
