Sunday, August 8, 2021 @ 1:30pm we are having an Ice Cream Social. It will be in the road/circle in front of 1441 Arbitus Circle. The HOA has hired Kelly's Ice Cream to bring their truck out for an hour. All of our residents will be able to get a free ice cream! Look forward to seeing you there!!

Just saw this little white dog running around the neighborhood with no tag or collar. It was by the center-de-sac at the end of Arbitus.

ATTENTION neighbors! There is a gator in the retention pond that, after calling Florida Fish and Wildlife, they recommended leaving the gator alone unless is comes out of the pond area and near someone’s home.

Please supervise your children or dogs around the pond. Please make sure you are NOT feeding it as this is what makes them come around people more. They lose their fear of people when we feed them.

Please let any member of the HOA board know if you have any questions or concerns.
