Today, we celebrate the unconditional love, strength, sacrifices, and endless blessings of all mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures who are the heart of every family and the backbone of our community. ❤️

A mother is the first teacher, the first prayer, and the first source of love in our lives. From preserving our culture and traditions to shaping future generations with values and compassion, mothers truly hold society together.

On this special day, we bow with gratitude to all the amazing moms who inspire us every day with their care, resilience, and devotion.

A proud and memorable milestone for the Punjabi Society of Orlando as we participated in our very first community event during the Orange County celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, led by Jerry Demings.

We were honored to share Punjabi culture through turban tying, traditional jewelry, henna art, and cultural awareness with the broader community. The love, curiosity, and participation from everyone made this experience truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to all our amazing volunteers for their dedication and support, and special thanks to Shally Wong for the encouragement and support.

This is just the beginning of our journey to promote Punjabi heritage, unity, and community engagement in Central Florida. ❤️🙏

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Teeyan da Mela/Women Empowerment event! Over 200 incredible ladies joined us for this fun-filled celebration. The event was made even more special with vibrant dance performances by young girls and cultural presentations by the ladies. We were honored to have Oviedo Mayor Megan Sladek, Shelly Wong, and Nancy Acevedo in attendance, making the day truly memorable. Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this wonderful celebration of culture and empowerment!”
