Community support can start with something as simple as a conversation. 💙

During a routine pharmacy pickup, a Jones Alternative team member shared our mission with a local CVS pharmacist. After learning more about the work we do to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for youth, he was inspired to give back.

Not only did he donate items to support our residents, but he brought his daughters along for the delivery—turning the moment into a powerful lesson about generosity, service, and community.

We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and for every community partner who chooses to invest in the lives of the young people we serve.

This is what community looks like. This is what making a difference looks like.

🎓🚗 Celebrating Chase & Victoria! 🚗🎓

This is what progress, opportunity, and people who refuse to give up on young lives looks like.

✨ Chase earned a place on the President’s List for Academic Achievement.
🎓 Victoria earned her High School Diploma.
🚗 And BOTH young ladies are now driving new cars—fully paid for!

These are more than accomplishments. They represent determination, growth, independence, and a future filled with possibilities.

A huge hats off to Marilyn Jones and the entire Jones Alternative team for the countless hours, encouragement, structure, advocacy, and love they have poured into the lives of these young ladies. The work may not always be seen, but moments like these show just how powerful the impact can be.

Jones Alternative recently welcomed officers from the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) to our BQRTP residence in the Dr. Phillips area. The visit gave us a chance to highlight our commitment to safety, structure, accountability, and quality care for the youth we serve.

We appreciate their time and feedback, and we look forward to continuing our partnership as we strengthen our program and maintain a residence that supports stability, growth, and positive outcomes.
