We are incredibly proud to celebrate Priscilla Smalser as the Seneca County Women's Leadership Council 2025 Woman of the Year! 👏🏼

For decades, Priscilla has quietly and consistently shaped the heart of our community. From her career serving others in mental health and corrections, to her leadership in countless volunteer roles — including 35 years helping bring Ovid together through the Strawberry Festival — her impact has spanned generations.

This recognition honors more than a title. It honors a lifetime of service, compassion, and dedication to Seneca County.

We are especially grateful that proceeds from this celebration will support United Way of Seneca County — helping continue the work Priscilla has championed for so many years: strengthening families, building connection, and investing in our neighbors.

If you’re able, join in celebrating a woman who has given so much to our community. And if you can’t attend, consider honoring her legacy by supporting the work she believes in.

Important update: The Lodi Food 4 All Pantry is relocating to the IOOF building in the village of Lodi starting this Saturday!!

Our pantry distribution will be at the IOOF building located on 8466 S. Main St. in Lodi beginning this Saturday September 27th from 11am-2pm.
