QPCE has already begun planning the annual fourth grade girls’ tea! This is a special event exclusively for the girls from West Rusk, Leveretts Chapel and Overton, as well as fourth grade girls who are home schooled living in those school districts.
QPCE is always looking for new members to help us! Our first planning meeting is this Thursday, January 16th at 5:30 pm at McMillan library. Anyone interested in helping is welcomed and encouraged to attend!

The Overton Tree Lighting is this Sunday at 7:00pm. Santa will be there; hot chocolate and cookies will be available from McMillan Library; we'll have some Christmas Carols, and the official countdown and tree lighting. Come enjoy the fun and see the new Community Christmas tree lit up for the first time!

Overton's Christmas Tree has ARRIVED!!! The installation has already begun, and you can see it in front of the McMillan Library. The final touches (tree skirt, fencing, and ornaments) will be added over the next few weeks. We still have lots of room for more ornaments!
