We empower pastors and their churches to integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom.

We equip evangelical pastors to connect biblical wisdom and sound theology to work and the economy. We do this for the flourishing of their communities and discipleship of their congregants. We equip through:

- Facilitating networks and community among interested pastors.
- Connecting pastors to the ideas, thought leaders, and practical implementation.
- Providing pastors with educational events and resources.

We welcomed dozens of pastors to kick off day one of the Church Practicum, an intensive brainstorming and planning event involving team coaching and action plans. A lot of work, a lot of fun, and a lot of good time together.

Less than one week until we’re together again for the Made to Flourish Church Practicum. 🎉

The Church Practicum is our program to help pastors learn about their congregation’s Monday-through-Saturday lives, how to minister to them in work-specific ways, and how to leverage their skills and experience for a lasting investment in the community.

As Labor Day is upon us, let us never forget that our labors are never, never in vain.

The Made to Flourish team gathered in Kansas City last week to pray, play, and plan for the year ahead. And it was a good, good week.

For a team that’s largely spread out and/or traveling much of the year, it was a delight to be in the same room as we prayerfully planned a year of strengthening churches and equipping pastors.
