Today, Saturday, July 11, 2026, members of the Kiwanis Club of Overland Park volunteered at a Community Baby Shower in collaboration with Volunteer & Community Learning and Safe Kids Johnson County, held at Resurrection Church in Overland Park, Kansas.

Our members enjoyed giving back to the community and helping set up and facilitate Bingo games for the event. We are proud to support initiatives that bring families and communities together. 💙

Below are photos of our Kiwanis members participating and helping set up the Bingo games.

🖤❤️💚 Happy Juneteenth! 💚❤️🖤

Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equality for all.

As members of the Kiwanis Club of Overland Park, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a community built on respect, inclusion, and service. Juneteenth reminds us of the importance of learning from our history while working together to create a brighter future.

Let us honor those who came before us, celebrate the progress that has been made, and continue building communities where every child and family can succeed.

✨ Freedom • Unity • Opportunity • Service
