We are an association of apartment communities, apartment owners, managers, developers, suppliers, and professionals dedicated to promoting and advancing the needs of the rental housing industry in Kansas City! The Apartment Association of Kansas City was established in 1974 to serve the apartment industry along with the National Apartment Association and the Kansas and Missouri associations. We s

erve approximately 862 members with over 113,000 units, which consist of apartment property owners, developers, managers and member communities. Also included are 261 suppliers who provide products and services to our industry. Our members contribute hundreds of millions of dollars to the states' economy through taxes, fees, construction and purchases.
