Another fantastic Ethnic Enrichment Commission of Kansas City Diplomatic Ball. Not just any ball, this one takes you to different parts of the world each year. This year it was Malaysia, Philippines and Rwpublic of China/Taiwan. Delicious food and great performances enjoyed by all.
