We spend years trying to 'balance' faith and work like they're two separate worlds competing for our time until we realize that balance isn't the goal. Integration is.

Here's the cycle Iwe've seen transform how Christian leaders show up:

Step 1: Identify the False Split - Most of us were taught to compartmentalize: faith on Sunday, business Monday-Friday. But that fragmentation weakens your witness and exhausts you. Start by naming where you're still splitting yourself.

Step 2: Align Your Values - Get clear on what you actually believe about work, leadership, and service. Not what you *think* you should believe-what Scripture and your convictions actually say. This is your north star.

Step 3: Integrate Daily Decisions - Stop asking 'How do I balance this?' Start asking 'How does my faith inform this decision?' That shift changes everything: hiring, conflict resolution, pricing, client relationships. Your faith becomes the lens, not the compromise.

Step 4: Build Your Support System - Integration isn't a solo project. You need people who get it-other Christian business owners who are wrestling with the same tensions. Community isn't optional; it's the fuel that keeps you aligned when pressure mounts.

Where are you in this cycle? Drop a comment-we'd love to hear which step you're working through right now.

Here's the tension we hear from Christian leaders in high-pressure roles: honoring Sabbath and building margin into your week feels like a competitive liability. Like you're taking your foot off the gas while everyone else accelerates.

But we're seeing something different in our network.

The owners and leaders who actually protect their rest-who build margin into their teams, who say no to the urgent to defend the important-they're not falling behind. They're outthinking the burnout crowd.

So here's our question for you: When have you protected rest in your business and actually seen it give you an edge? Or-what's the biggest fear holding you back from trying?

Drop your story or your question in the comments. Let's learn from each other.

By mid-year we've noticed something in the leaders we work with: we're all running on fumes, but not because the work is hard-because we've drifted from *why* we started leading in the first place. Somewhere between Q1 targets and today, the noise got louder than the call.

So here's what we're asking you: What's one area right now where you're leading from pressure instead of presence? Not judgment-just honest reflection.

We’re genuinely excited to be with our Des Moines network on June 11.

There’s something meaningful about gathering in a city and paying attention to what God is already doing there. We believe Des Moines is a place where faithful leadership is being formed, often through presence more than platforms.

If you see yourself as a biblically aligned leader, or one who is becoming that, this is an invitation to step into the room and be part of the conversation God is shaping here.

What might God clarify for your leadership if you chose to be present in the room where it’s happening?

We’ve watched it happen: when one leader decides to do work differently, it changes a team… then a culture… then a community.

That’s why Faith Incorporated exists — to advance the faith‑at‑work movement with leaders who are serious about living it out.
We’re talking changed lives, transformed workplaces, and communities impacted for Christ.
