Meet Brayan, the newest member of our Ecuadorian training team! Even though he's only been training with Agua Viva for a year, he has jumped in with so much enthusiasm and passion. We asked Brayan to share a bit about what motivates him:
"I work as a trainer with Agua Viva because I consider it a powerful tool for shaping character, strengthening values, and drawing children and young people closer to God. More than just teaching a sport, my purpose is to contribute to the holistic development of each participant by fostering respect, discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and love for others. I believe God calls us to serve using the talents He has given us, and for me, coaching is an opportunity to positively impact the lives of others. My desire is for every child, young person, and family involved with Agua Viva to find an environment of support, growth, and hope.
My goals within Agua Viva are to grow both personally and spiritually, developing myself each day into a better coach and servant. I wish to contribute to the ministry's growth by helping to shape individuals who are committed, disciplined, and grounded in solid Christian principles. I aspire for the children and young people not only to improve their skills but also to strengthen their relationship with God, learn to make good decisions, and become upstanding individuals who benefit their families and society. Furthermore, I would like to help Agua Viva continue to be a model of holistic development, where hard work and faith go hand in hand to transform lives and fulfill the purpose God has for each person."
