Hope everyone enjoyed the summer. We had 33 scouts attend 3 camps (many of them more than one camp) over the summer! That is a LOT of merit badges worked on. Our first scout meeting after the summer break will be in just 7 days on August 10th, 2026. We hope to see everyone there ready to continue to learn and work on those scouting skills. Don't forget those scout books and any remaining merit badge work or rank work you have been doing!

Wishing troops 201& 6201 a safe journey to Bartle Scout Reservation. Hope you all have a wonderful time at summer camp!

There is a new Eagle Scout in Troop 6201! Sydney Whiteley successfully completed her Eagle Broad of Review on June 18, the final step of her journey to Eagle. Sydney joined the troop in 2021 as part of the Flaming Diamond patrol. Sydney is the third Flaming Diamond to get her eagle but she is the first in her group that joined with her.

Sydney has held many leadership roles: Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Patrol Leader, Den Chief (4 years), Quartermaster, Librarian, Chaplin Aid and Order of the Arrow Unit Representative.

Sydney has earned total 44 merit badges and still has time to complete more. She joined Order of Arrow in 2023 and Brotherhood in 2024. She is currently Warrior in Mic- O- Say, name of Shadow of Climbing Black Panther.

Please join me in congratulating Sydney on this great achievement and her Dad Todd Whiteley and Mother.
