The 4th annual 321 Fit is back! Hosted by Down Syndrome Innovations, Special Olympics Kansas, and University of Kansas Medical Center, 321 Fit is a fitness event for ALL AGES that features interactive fitness stations, presentations from self-advocates, a caregiver session, Zumba, healthy snacks, giveaways, and booths from local organizations and businesses serving the Down syndrome community. We've had an amazing start to our Connections Social Club for young adults and are thrilled to announce βœ¨π—π˜‚π—»π—Άπ—Όπ—Ώ π—–π—Όπ—»π—»π—²π—°π˜π—Άπ—Όπ—»π˜€βœ¨ to our program lineup! High school sophomores, juniors, and seniors are invited to join us each month for an evening of supported socialization & fun.
