Golfing for a great cause! It was a month before her 3rd birthday. She had a tumor covering the bottom 40% of her right eye. Please join our fight!

Callyn has partnered with Braden's Hope on behalf of all her cancer fighting friends to provide awareness and funds for pediatric cancer research. On September 15th, 2014 we received the devastating news that our daughter, Callyn Harper, was diagnosed with a rare childhood eye cancer called retinoblastoma. It was truly a miracle that we spotted the tumor and that she still had vision. Retinoblasto

ma, Rb, is a very aggressive type of cancer and on the day of diagnosis we were told mobilizing quickly was critical and we were directed to CHOP and Wills Eye hospital in Philadelphia for her healthcare needs. It is estimated there are only 300 new cases of Rb each year. Callyn received 5 rounds of intra-arterial chemotherapy and targeted chemotherapy injections to her eye. She responded wonderfully to treatment and has been in remission since March of 2015. Callyn continues visual therapy and her eyesight continues to improve. During her treatment we learned that pediatric cancer is the #1 killer by disease of children under 18 and is vastly under funded! Our hope with Callyn's Course for Hope is that we will be able to raise awareness and raise funds for pediatric cancer research.

Numbers don’t tell the whole story but they do give you a glimpse into the fight packed into one incredible girl named Callyn. 💛

She just returned from her most recent checkup with the specialists who’ve been walking this road with her since she was first diagnosed. And she returns with amazing news! Callyn is officially another year cancer-free, healthy and her doctors said her eye looks amazing!

She’s the heart behind our Callyn's Course For Hope Golf Tournament, but even more than that, one of the many reasons why we do this work.

If you were at this year’s Callyn’s Course for Hope, you saw the magic. What you didn’t see was the army of volunteers who made it all happen. 🙌🏼

Volunteers curated the auction, made donations, loaded trucks, helped set up the event, and stepped in wherever needed, often in ways unseen and unknown.

Every year, volunteers selflessly give their time, talents, and resources to fuel our mission and deliver hope. Whenever a hand is needed, or maybe even two - they show up. This amazing group of kids (pictured here) rolled up their sleeves to help load and unload the truck and truly saved the day. They’re just one example of the many hands that make light work and big impact. For this and for every other act of kindness, we are endlessly grateful.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, your belief in our mission, and your outstanding support, we are thrilled to share that we officially raised 💛$214,000.00💛 at the 9th Annual Callyn's Course for Hope golf tournament!

Just today, a $2,000 donation pushed us even further past our goal. Since 2017, this event has now raised over $1.2 MILLION for HOPE! 👏🏼✨

Meet ! He’s an eye cancer survivor and longtime friend and supporter of Callyn’s Course for Hope. This weekend he took home the championship title at the Adaptive Open in Chicago… and we couldn’t be more proud!🏆⛳️

Jake’s strength and determination are nothing short of inspiring. His dad and his caddy, proudly wore their Callyn’s Course for Hope hats from our tournament just last week.🧢

The Beausir family returns to our tournament every year, not only to play, but to give back and make a difference in the fight against childhood cancer.
