Each of us will take the final journey back to Allah. Islam teaches us how to honor that moment with dignity, care, and community.

Join us this Saturday for a youth workshop where we’ll walk through the final journey of a Muslim and what the janazah process really looks like. Ask the questions you’ve always wondered about but never felt comfortable asking.

Registration is free! Snacks provided.

a glimpse of last night as we reflected on the power of duaa and it’s importance as we approach the last ten nights 🤲🏼

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) taught this duaa to Aisha (RA) to seek forgiveness during Laylat al Qadr:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibbul-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni
O Allah, indeed You are the Forgiving One, You love to forgive, so forgive me

We were joined by Imam Herbert who gave us a real reminder of what the day of judgement will look like. Followed by s’more’s and community to end the night!

Alhamdulillah we had an amazing time at our Ramadan Kickoff event! ✨🌙

We had some fun with Islamic Shark Tank, and also had a reminder on entering Ramadan with intention and striving to be among the youth under the shade of Allah on the Day of Judgment.

A night of laughter, reflection, and resetting our focus. Stay tuned for more Lighthouse Ramadan Edition!
