Just a reminder! In partnership with our friends at Village Presbyterian Church we offer a monthly Grief Group at Village. It's the first Tuesday of each month. Next one is June 2nd (that's next week for those of us thinking May needs a few more days).

It is free to attend and you don't need to register. Just come on time at 6pm.

If you have questions, just let us know. Please share with anyone you know who might need this support.

Spending time in nature is linked to both cognitive benefits and improvements in mood, mental health, and emotional well-being. The benefits must be at least double if you are exploring a prairie right? 😀

Our team chose a guiding image for the year from the Prairie Divination Deck. We were excited to see what card would randomly emerge. It was the American Kestrel. We have been living with it a few months now and thought you might like to read about what the Kestrel has been teaching us.

The American Kestrel is a fierce, intense hunter. Loud call. Fast. Built for the strike. When it was chosen from a deck of prairie cards as our team's guiding image this year, we had one collective thought: BUT we are therapists. How can our theme be a bird of prey?
