Sometimes a workout doesn't just change your body. It changes your whole day.
Exercise is a natural mood booster!
Physical activity helps your brain release chemicals called endorphins and serotonin.
I call it happy juice! It's a natural way to get happy!

💪 Fitness Fact #1

Ouzinkie has half the equation solved, as the village is surrounded by the great sea and woodland foraged foods. But living on an island can make it harder to access gyms, fitness classes, and recreational opportunities. Regular physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your heart, mood, and overall health.

Good news! Ouzinkie now has a beautiful new space with exercise equipment available right here in our community. No ferry ticket or plane ride required.
Just 30 minutes of activity a day can make a big difference!

The future of Ouzinkie is sitting in our classrooms, playing on our courts, learning our traditions, and dreaming about what comes next.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, you're helping provide opportunities for our youth while supporting a community that works hard to create a bright future for the next generation.

Your ticket isn't just a chance to win. It's a way to say, "I believe in Ouzinkie. I believe in our kids. I believe in investing in the future."

If you've been thinking about supporting the raffle, this is your reminder that even a small contribution can have a meaningful impact.
