🎉 What an amazing day for our community! 🦁💙

The Ottumwa Noon Lions Club is honored to present a check to the All-Abilities Play Space Committee to help bring the playground’s Sensory Wall to life!
Thanks to a matching grant from Lions Clubs International Foundation, every dollar raised by the Ottumwa Noon Lions was doubled - making an even greater impact for children and families in our community.

This incredible achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of the Ottumwa Rotary Club and our fellow Lions Clubs from Keosauqua, Iowa City Noon, Lone Tree, Victor, Birmingham, Fort Madison, and Washington.

Together, we’re building more than a playground - we’re creating a place where children of all abilities can play, learn, and belong. Thank you to everyone who helped make this vision a reality! 🌟

We’re so excited to be able to contribute to this worthwhile project for the community! Huge thank you to all of our matching donors to make this possible!

The Ottumwa Noon Lions Club recently held another meaningful volunteer event focused on one of Lions Club’s core missions, helping improve vision around the world. 🦁

With the help of 10 volunteers, we spent 1.5 hours sorting through donated eyeglasses and successfully prepared 2,812 pairs to be sent to the Lions International for redistribution to those in need. 👓

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and to our community members who continue to donate used glasses. Small acts of service truly make a big impact! 💙💛

This afternoon the Ottumwa Noon Lions spent time cleaning up the east side of Highway 149/Business 63 between Woodland Ave and Northgate St. in Ottumwa.

Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who gave their time and energy to serve. It’s efforts like these that show what it truly means to be a Lion, putting community first and leading through service. 🦁
