🐎 What a Night! 🐎

Night 1 of the Greater Ottumwa Rodeo was an absolute blast! The crowd was electric, the action was intense, and the memories were unforgettable. If you missed it—don’t worry—you’ve got one more chance!

🌧️ The forecast might call for a little rain, but this ain’t our first rodeo. We’re a rain or shine event, and the show will go on no matter what the weather throws our way. So grab your boots, your hat, and maybe a poncho just in case—we promise the fun won’t be dampened!

Our GOPIP offices will be closed the rest of today as we get ready for the Greater Ottumwa Rodeo!

🐎 Tonight kicks things off with the Brenda Sieren Memorial Barrel Race!

Then we’re off Friday for July 4th and Night 1 of the Rodeo — gates open at 5 PM, events start at 7 PM on both July 4 & 5!

🎆 Bonus: The rodeo grounds are the BEST seat in town to watch the fireworks on the 4th!

• Adults: $12 at the gate
• Kids 6–12: $5
• 5 & under: FREE
• Family Pack (2 adults + 3 kids): $30
• Active military & veterans (with ID): FREE
