What a great turnout this morning at the gardens. We’re getting the gardens ready for the coming cold. We had to cut back the beautiful mums but left a few for the butterflies and bees.

FYI: NEW LOCATION OF LITTLE LIBRARY
For anyone looking for the “Little Library” it’s been moved to the Rankin Square garden, next to the pergola and bench. The new location now provides seating and shade for anyone who would like to sit in the garden and read to their children. Please enjoy.

Great organization that helps out the FGC with labor intensive projects.

Wow! Many hands makes light work. What a great turnout this afternoon from the members of the FGC and some helpful volunteers from the HIGHTS organization. We were able to clean out an overgrown section of Rankin next to the fence behind the storage shed. The work was completed in an hour with all hands on deck! Great job everyone and a special thanks to Reid Lynch for bringing out his helpful young volunteers.
