The Otterbein SOAR met at Strasburger Farms today for a tour of the farm operation which has been in the family for 4 generations on the Strasburger side and 5 generations on the Johnson side.
Michael Strasburger explained the reasoning behind diversified crops as well as today’s challenges in farming, including inflation of input prices.
Thank you to Phil Kerkoff for providing lunch for the guests as well as the workers on the farm.

Otterbein SOAR members had the opportunity to tour the Long Center (formerly the Mars Theater) and learn the history of this amazing building. John Hughey, Executive Director, gave us a wonderful behind-the-scenes look. It was fun to get on the stage and pretend we were all performing before a crowded audience!
