Reach for the Stars Afterschool Program

Reach for the Stars Afterschool Program Reach for the Stars (RFTS) is an afterschool program in Ottawa, KS that services students K-5 from all 3 elementary schools. This is our 13th year of operation.

RFTS operates from Eugene Field Building. We are funded through 21st CCLC federal funds.

We tried to keep the kids busy with indoor activities with all the rain: marshmallow/spaghetti constellations, Jupiter storms in a bottle, clouds in a jar, sand art, and Saturn’s rings game.
