Reach for the Stars Afterschool Program Reach for the Stars (RFTS) is an afterschool program in Ottawa, KS that services students K-5 from all 3 elementary schools. This is our 13th year of operation.

RFTS operates from Eugene Field Building. We are funded through 21st CCLC federal funds.

Tomorrow is the last day of our summer program!😢. Community Youth Group will be bringing PIZZA🍕 for our last lunch together! G.G. will be bring the STEAM BUS from Ft.Hays State and will put up the INFLATABLE UNIVERSE inside the multipurpose room! Pick up is at 5 pm.
