Make plans to be outside on Main Street tomorrow morning to cheer on the Law Enforcement Torch Run and COF Training Services, Inc. participants as they make their way through downtown Ottawa!

They will begin at 9:30 a.m. from Kansas State Bank. Come out, show your support, and help encourage these dedicated individuals as they raise awareness and support for Special Olympics Kansas
