Last week at OBB, we had the chance to hear from Caitlyn with the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry about an exciting NEW event coming to Ottawa this summer ✨

Get ready for Debate Days - a week-long celebration packed with classic Americana fun, local history, entertainment, and community spirit from August 15th-25th! ❤️🤍💙

From old-school games and fairs, reenactments, debates, lectures, tours, a "great taste debate" featuring local restaurants, and yes - even a beard growing contest - there's truly going to be something for everyone of all ages to enjoy.

So be sure to mark your calendars for Debate Days this August, and keep an eye out for more details to come!

C**t stood out with his passion, drive, and detailed vision for creating a locally owned golf clothing line. His essay included an impressive business plan and a clear vision for how he hopes to turn his dream into something bigger.

In a fast-moving world, intentional empathy is more than just a buzzword. Its about taking the time to truly listen, understand, and connect with the people around us. Because at the end of the day, we're not just working with tasks or transactions,...we're working with humans who want to feel heard and valued.

Big goals deserve real support 🎓

The Ottawa Business Builders Scholarship is officially open, and we're looking for one student who's ready to turn their goals into something bigger.
We're awarding $1,000 to one high school senior graduating this spring who plans to continue their education, and use it to make a real impact in our community. It could be starting a business, supporting local organizations, or bringing new ideas to life, whatever your dream is, we want to support you in getting there.

Applications are due by April 10th, so make sure to get yours in ASAP!
