Another year in the books! We would like to thank all of the donors, volunteers, and organizations that make this program possible. Our members will strive in 2026 to make this event and others even bigger and better to help provide for those children in need. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!!!

Most calls have been made to those applicants chosen for our shopping event this Saturday. Donations are still coming in, so there is a chance you could still receive a call. Deputies will also be delivering gifts next week to some applicant who were not chosen for the shopping event. Thank you again to all donors!!!

We are now taking applications for our Christmas Assistance Program. Applications are due November 28, 2025 and can be turned into the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office lobby, where applictions are also available. The shopping date will be provided upon acceptance into the program.

LaSalle Knights of Columbus are hosting this great event with proceeds going towards Christmas 4 Kids and other area programs!

We will continue to have children’s hats, gloves, quilts, and stuffed animals available for all the cold days and nights ahead! Available in the breezeway of the Criminal Justice Center in Ottawa.

With frigid temperatures approaching, we have made children’s hats & gloves available in the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office lobby for those in need!

As always, please only take what is needed. We will also take hat/gloves donations in the same location.

This holiday season, we are excited to support new mothers in our community with essential items available for pickup. These items include diapers, wipes, cozy blankets, and delightful baby toys to help make this festive time even brighter for those in need.

You can find these items on a table in the breezeway of the lobby of the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office, located at 707 E. Etna Rd, Ottawa.

As we embrace the spirit of giving, we kindly remind everyone to take only what you truly need. Together, we can spread joy and ensure that every mother has the essentials to care for her little one.

If you’d like to make a difference, we encourage the public to donate to our cause. A box under the table is available to donate NEW diapers, wipes, blankets, and toys.
