I am excited to share details regarding our next SheConnects women’s group session in Oswego County. During this session, we are focusing on hormone health & highlighting our Fulton Reproductive Health Center lead by our Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) Health Center Provider Heather Shannon WHNP, MSCP.

• Theme: A conversation on Perimenopause & Hormone Health
• Who: Women 18+

• Location: 522 S 4th St Suite 500, Fulton, NY 13069 (The Center for Reproductive Health at Fulton)

Following the discussion will be an opportunity to tour the Center for Reproductive Health at Fulton.

Our next SheConnects women’s group session in Oswego County is coming up! This month, we are focusing on creativity and wellness with a special floral-themed session.

Event Details:
• Theme: A Bouquet for You!
• Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026
• Time: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
• Location: 114 Reserve – 114 Oneida St, Fulton, NY 13069
• Who: Women 18+

In addition to making floral bouquets, the group will also be discussing healthy relationships. This provides a wonderful opportunity to connect and unwind while exploring ways to foster positive and supportive connections.

This month, we’ll be welcoming Camryn Chaffee from To***co Free CNY, who will be leading a conversation on how media targets women and sharing helpful methods for reducing stress. This is a great opportunity to engage community members in meaningful discussion and support women’s wellness.
