Thank you to Oswego Harborfest and Novelis for their support as we set up our first ever Carnival Games at the Harborfest Children’s Park! Located near the McCrobie building in Breitbeck Park (right next to the Oswego Book Mobile), we will have fun and affordable carnival games Friday and Saturday from 10am-6pm. We will also have our “Dunk a Dancer” Dunk Tank set up, where you can try to dunk some local dancers from 11am-5pm both days!
All proceeds from the weekend will benefit our mission to increase performing arts exposure and education in our community.
We look forward to sharing a fun and exciting weekend with our community at such a wonderful event!

Come and join Empower Performing Arts as we celebrate the opening of Harborfest Children’s Park! We will be walking in the parade to Breitbeck where we will kick off festivities at our event tent! Stay tuned for more details to come. We can’t wait to see everyone! Oswego Harborfest Novelis

The Children's Parade is one of our favorite parts of the festival and we hope that you will join us. Everyone is invited to walk from West Park to Breitbeck to kick off all of the activities scheduled for children and their families on Friday, July 24.

This year's parade theme is "Happy 250th Birthday, America!" and we want it to be the best one yet! Come dressed in red, white and blue. While you are at it, we encourage you to decorate your stroller or wagon to add to the fun. You can make a craft with us before the parade to make it even more special. We will start the craft at 9:30AM. The parade will depart West Park at 10:30AM.

Interested in being a part of the fun? Sign up as a volunteer to carry puppets in the parade! Adults and children are invited to participate.
