Operation Oswego County is proud to be featured in SUNY Oswego’s One City. One Campus. One Community. 2026 photojournalism series.

This annual collaboration brings together students, faculty, and community partners to showcase the powerful connections between the college and the local workforce. Through photography and storytelling, the series highlights SUNY Oswego students and graduates making an impact across the region.

Our feature, “Operation Oswego County: Growing Business, Strengthening Community,” written by student Elena Gaffney, spotlights the role OOC plays in supporting economic development while fostering strong partnerships between businesses, institutions, and the community. It also highlights the importance of experiential learning, including the contributions of SUNY Oswego intern Natalie Glosek, who is gaining hands-on experience while supporting local business initiatives.

We are grateful to be part of a program that not only tells these stories, but also reinforces the connection between education, workforce development, and community growth here in Oswego County.
