Peaceful Remedies is improving the healing experience for those impacted by life altering illnesses and conditions by bringing holistic options of therapy and support to individuals in a safe and peaceful environment. Peaceful Remedies vision is to empower individuals affected by life-altering diseases providing a community space that offers support groups, speakers, and therapeutic intervention.

Peaceful Remedies will be a warm, welcoming space for relaxation and meditation where survivors, caregivers and those battling disease can share their experiences and find a wealth of support in each other. In addition to being a communal space, we will suggest a variety of holistic health services and regular panels and discussions on matters pertaining to our clients. We will provide a resource database where people can research the challenges and illnesses they are facing, as well as learn about local and national non-profit events. By bringing together survivors and caregivers and giving them both the ability to educate themselves and access to alternative treatment, we hope to lead each other to a place of strength, peace and happiness.

If you are looking to talk to someone in a more one-on-one setting, we offer a peer support program called Connecting Hearts. A participant is connected with a volunteer, with the hopes of creating a support system that is safe, non-judgemental, and extremely personal.

Local community event

Come spend a beautiful evening with us at the Sterling Nature Center for a Full Moon Sound Immersion with Megan Hook.

As the September full moon rises, Megan will guide us through an evening of sound and vibration with singing bowls and other instruments. It’s a chance to slow down for a little while, enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Nature Center, and share a lovely evening together.
