Oswego Community Youth Orchestra

Oswego Community Youth Orchestra The Oswego Community Youth Orchestra (OCYO) is for all serious minded student string musicians. Rehearsals:
OCYO meets once per week.

Membership:
Members of OCYO are serious string players who have fun playing quality music with other like-minded players. Members have consistently qualified for all-county and all-state festivals, been concert masters and principal players in their respective school district orchestras, and received college scholarships for both academics and music. Some have entered a performance track and some

have gone on to become music teachers. Concerts:
There is a fall and a spring concert. Other opportunities may be available. OCYO has also played for local retirement communities, at HarborFest, had special sessions with professional guests, and even gone to the movies to watch Gustavo Dudamel conduct the LA Philharmonic! Board of Directors:
