Alleys will be sealed on May 14th.

Per the notice sent
All vehicles MUST be removed from the alley by 8:00 a.m. on the respective days stated above. On-street, overnight parking arrangements have been made by Management with the Police Department. The Police Department will not ticket any “legally” parked vehicles during this project’s timeframe.

Note: If work cannot be performed due to vehicles not moved, the Owner will bear the cost for Hard Surface Solutions to return at a later date.

The alley will be ready for traffic the following day @ 7:00 pm. Note: Any Owner causing damage to the newly seal coated surfaces will be responsible the costs incurred for any necessary repairs.

Reminder: All owners are responsible for their tenants or guests action.

Spring is coming. Please make sure your fences, mailboxes, and other general maintenance items are taken care of. The management company will start inspections soon. Remember the idea is improving the value of our homes.

The board is exploring naturalization (using native plants) around the ponds as well as alone the rill. Long term this may reduce maintenance costs and generally improve the environment. Would homeowners be willing to volunteer to help with the project?

FYI. Groot is canceling trash and recycling pick up tomorrow 2/9. Trash pickup will be Saturday.
Schools are also canceled.

A homeowner asked why we do not mail more notifications. Each mailing costs over $200 and does not allow fast feedback. We only mail essential or required items. I believe we can make a rule to allow email as notification process but the homeowners have to agree. We may still have to send those requests by mail to people that do not opt in.

Only 23 homeowners sent proxies and one family other than the board showed up. So we had no annual meeting again(we needed 40 homeowners for quorum). We appointed one new board member Dana Solomon.
