Aging Well will return to Webster at Rye, A Senior Healthcare Community on MONDAY, DEC. 15.

With more than 20 years of experience in counseling and holistic health, Be Mindful with Gi will also return to lead this second "pop-up" style event.

Aging Well is a community-based program that provides access to integrative health and wellness services for older adults, many of whom are underserved or economically vulnerable.

Working with the senior citizens on mindfulness at Webster at Rye, was a magnificent and delightful experience. I felt extremely inspired by each and everyone of the residence who attended with their delightful reactions to learning how to love their mind and be present in the moment. I shared Some easy to use and fun exercises on Mindfulness meditation and the response was amazing!! Bringing the senior community together to alleviate isolation and loneliness is the way we teach our senior citizens on aging well. Can’t wait for the next Aging Well pop-up on ‘Practicing Mindfulness to Love Your Mind’ “!! 🧘‍♀️❣️ I am blessed. Video to follow💫

We hosted our first Aging Well pop-up event at Webster at Rye, A Senior Healthcare Community on Saturday, November 1.

The pop-up featured a 45-minute mindfulness program led by integrative holistic life coach and mindfulness teacher Gi Indoccio, LCMHC. About 15 residents participated in the program, which included mindful breathing and mindful eating.

We are pleased to announce we are working to raise funds for Cindy in PA, who needs help to remain in her home. Please click the link to learn more and share this link with your friends!

Cindy Sherman graduated from high school in 1977. Three years later, she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. This disease has been quite progressive and has confined Cindy to a wheelchair for the past two and a half years.

PORTSMOUTH — Since expanding into New Hampshire from New York, UYM Charities has worked behind the scenes to develop its fund-raising infrastructure to help seniors remain in their homes, which has resulted in a newly formed partnership with Northeast Yachts of Portsmouth.
