It is with great sadness I share of the passing of Jerry Mchaber. His presence will be greatly missed. Jerry served multiple teams in his MANY years with FIRST Robotics, both in Florida and Massachusetts. Please keep his family in your prayers.

Jungle Robotics 3627 Statement

Jungle Robotics 3627 has suffered a recent loss of property and takes the matter seriously. However, we will not make accusations or speculate about who may be responsible. We have reported the matter to the appropriate authorities and will allow the Sarasota County Police Department to conduct its investigation and follow the facts wherever they lead.

Out of respect for everyone involved, we ask our students, mentors, parents, and supporters to refrain from making accusations or spreading speculation. Our priority is to cooperate fully with law enforcement and ensure that the matter is handled appropriately and fairly.

If someone is acting in a negative manner regarding the issue mentioned above, I request that they contact me privately so this issue can be addressed for the peace and harmony of all.

Gracious Professionalism Statement

Jungle Robotics 3627 would like to wish ALL OF THE FIRST ROBOTICS TEAMS in our area an incredible season!

FIRST is about so much more than the competition. It’s about students inspiring students, mentors sharing knowledge, teams helping one another, and building a stronger robotics community together. Jungle 3627 is proud to support ALL our fellow teams—whether we’re competing across the field, sharing resources, answering a question, cheering from the stands, or celebrating someone else’s success.

Gracious Professionalism: competing with passion while treating our opponents as teammates in the larger FIRST community.

To EVERY team, student, mentor, parent, and volunteer gearing up for the season: Good luck, build something awesome, and have an amazing season.
