We’re bringing new life to a home in the Edison Neighborhood, and we need YOUR help to make it happen! 🛠️🏡

We’ll be working on construction, framing, priming, and painting, and there’s something for everyone whether you’re experienced or just willing to lend a hand! Come for an hour or stay all day, every bit of help makes a difference. Bring a friend and be part of something meaningful in our community.

We're doing big things on Hays Park Ave and we can't do it without you! Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve already raised $8,000 toward our $10,000 dollar-for-dollar match challenge and we’re so close! We only need $2,000 more before the end of the month to reach our goal and make this renovation possible. This will be our third home renovation completed by our amazing team of volunteers and sponsors. Every dollar and every helping hand moves us closer to creating more homeowners in the Edison Neighborhood.

Our Edison Initiatives team is on the verge of purchasing our third home in the Edison Neighborhood, which we will fully rehabilitate and prepare for a new family to call their own. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have already raised $66,500 toward the purchase of this property. We now need an additional $8,500 to finalize the closing by the end of the month.

Your support plays a direct role in transforming vacant or distressed houses into safe, stable homes for first-time homeowners in the Edison Neighborhood. Every contribution—large or small helps us continue building opportunities, strengthening our community, and creating long-term pathways to homeownership.

🎉 Celebrate with us!
We have found the next house in the Edison Neighborhood that we would like to renovate and prepare for its new family. 1109 Hays Park Ave is about to have some new adventures and we expect to close on the house by the end of November!
Here is where we are asking for help. We now need $10,600 before the end of the month to buy the house.
