Sponsorship Recognition Deadline — September 6!
We are quickly approaching the 3rd Annual Carson Hughes Memorial Ride on September 12, and we are getting down to the final details! ❤️
If you would like your business or organization to be recognized on the printed materials for this year’s ride, we need to receive your sponsorship by September 6. This will give us enough time to finalize everything and get it printed before ride day.
👉 But don’t worry if you miss the September 6 deadline! We will gladly accept donations and sponsorships anytime — even on the day of the ride. While those received after the deadline may not make it onto the printed materials, we will still recognize and thank our sponsors on social media!
We truly cannot put into words how much your continued support means to our family. Your generosity, your love for Carson, and your willingness to help us carry on his legacy means more than you know. Since the online store is now closed, sponsorships must be mailed, dropped off, or picked up, so be sure to contact our committee members to get those sponsorships in.
Every dollar raised helps us continue the work Carson cared so deeply about and allows his love of nature, wildlife, and his photography to live on through the Carson Hughes Foundation, Inc.
